How
long does it take to go through the haunted house?
That depends on how fast you run. The entire
experience lasts about 1 1/2 Hrs. The walk through portion of
the show is at least 20 minutes, but often much longer.
Are
the attractions the same this year?
Not even close. Every year is a brand new show,
with different scares and an original theme. This year we offer
4 attractions and a "Thriller Style" dance every 20
minutes while you wait in the indoor line.
Is
it a ride?
Visitors walk through all 4 attractions at The
Haunt.
Is
it dark?
There are very dark areas in The Haunt, The Dark
Maze, Trapped & Clown Alley 3D.
Is it a maze?
Can I get lost?
The large indoor attraction (The Haunt) is not
a maze. Many areas of the attractions are confusing, but the
staff will help you find your way out if necessary. The Dark
Maze is a maze, you will get lost! Trapped & Clown Alley
3D are Mini Mazes.
Are the monsters/actors
allowed to touch you?
You may not touch the monsters and the monster
will not try to touch you. They will get close and props will
certainly touch you! Monsters may occasionally touch you, but
that is never their intention.
Is there a lot of smoke
in the haunted house?
Yes. We use Fog in both the indoor and outdoor
show. We do not feel it is overwhelming, but there are emergency
exits in case you do not agree.
Are there strobe lights?
Yes. We do use strobe lights. |

What
is "Timed Ticketing"?
Timed Tickets will be issued for specific dates
and times that you choose. Timed Tickets limit the number of
people that buy online at any given time. With a Timed Ticket,
a pre-established number of guests can enter during each interval
and enable guests to enjoy minimal lines and a better overall
experience.
Timed
Tickets allow entry during half-hour intervals throughout the
evening. The last admission is sold approximately 30 minutes
prior to closing.
What
are the Timed Ticketing times?
Tickets are sold to allow entry during half-hour intervals from
6:30pm to 9pm Sunday-Thursday and 6:30pm to 11pm on Friday &
Saturday.
What
if we arrive late, after our entry time?
We will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, but
we recommend you enter during your scheduled time to maximize
your experience.
Will we have to leave at
a specified time?
No, Timed Tickets apply to entrance times to The Haunt only.
We offer 3 more attractions that allow you to go through at
your own pace.
What if i dont get Timed
Ticketing online?
We make every effort to accommodate guests without Timed Tickets.
However, guests may experience a longer wait in entering the
attractions.
When is the best time
to visit?
The best times to visit The Haunt are weekdays. Traditionally,
weekends are very busy. To avoid disappointment, purchase a
ticket for your desired date and time as soon as possible.
Is
there a way to avoid waiting in line?
Yes. We sell SPEED PASS tickets that allow you
to get into the much shorter SPEED PASS line.
I
just bought my ticket online…do I still have to wait in
line?
You are able to skip the often lengthy box office
line and head directly to the Attraction lines.

Do
your attractions have security?
Yes. The Haunt has a fully trained security staff, including
2 officers from the Kent County Sheriffs Department. We also
have an off-duty EMT on staff each night.
Can
we be thrown out of the attractions for any reason?
Yes. We do not allow foul language, pushing,
vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We have
a list of rules (just like anyone else) that must be adhered
to for your own safety. Violation of these rules will usually
bring a warning and then being asked to leave without a refund.
Can
we be injured at your park?
We've never had any serious injuries at any of
our attractions in over 7 years of operation. Running is the
main cause of minor injuries. Make sure to follow the rules
and DON'T run and you should be fine!

can't we bring with us inside your attractions?
No pets! No weapons! No alcoholic beverages!
No cameras! No smoking! No laser pointers or flashlights! NO
costumes! No food or beverages!

there any age restrictions?
The Haunt is recommended for 10 and up, but younger
kids may come if parents choose to bring them. Carrying babies
though is NOT recommended. There are no special prices for children
and no refunds if anyone decides not to finish the show. There
are many emergency exits throughout each attraction in case
anyone gets too scared to continue.
Is
The Haunt wheelchair accessible?
Yes, for non-motorized wheelchairs only. Any person wanting
to tour the attractions with special needs should let the ticket
booth know.

I go in if I'm pregnant?
